AGS Water Solutions announced that the Sendai City Water Bureau was awarded a Special Award at the 2024 Water Supply Innovation Awards, promoted by the Japanese Water Supply Association (JWWA). The recognition was given by the “Leading the future from data – Visualizing the future of ‘people,’ ‘things,’ and ‘money’ using AI,” in which AGS played an essential role in its development and implementation.
In collaboration with its Marubeni partners, AGS supported the Sendai City Water Burea throughout the entire project, providing advanced artificial intelligence technologies demonstrating how technology can transform water supply management, driving innovation in a critical sector. In addition, the project highlights the importance of collaboration to solve common challenges faced by water utilities worldwide.
