The 8th High Level Dialogue Conference of the China Europe Water Platform takes place on the 21st and 22nd of january 2021, in a virtual format, with three components: Ministerial, Academia and Business.
On the 21st of january a Seminar on Science and Technology Cooperation and a Business Workshop took place, also on a virtual basis.
The program of the Business Seminar (21st january), included two key topics “Efficient Use of Water” and “Smart Water Management” and had six presentations of Chinese companies and six presentations of European companies. Claudio de Jesus, from Portugal, presented the Lisbon case in Non-Revenue Water. The full agenda can be found HERE
The ministerial session will take place tomorrow, 22nd of January, with the confirmed presences of His Excellency Minister of Water Resources of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. E. Jinping and His Excellency Minister of Environment and Climate Action of Portugal, Mr. João Pedro Matos Fernandes.
