Águas de Portugal and the Government of Goa will sign a contract whose main objective is to increase the efficiency of the main water treatment plants in Goa and support the design of waste water treatment systems in the municipality of Valpoi.
The contract has a duration of two years, a budget of half a million euros, and involves the provision of technical assistance services from AdP Internacional, the company responsible for the international activity of the AdP Group, to the Department of Public Works of Goa.
The provision of services and technical assistance will focus mainly on the following areas:
- Asset Management
- Power management
- Operational processes
- Information and remote management systems
The contract will be signed next Saturday, February 15, 2020, in the presence of His Excellency the President of the Portuguese Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, and represents the beginning of the AdP Group’s activity in India.
